Why did the robbery play out?

A shocking revelation was made as soon as the police investigated the matter intensively. In an incident like a robbery, the police checked the CCTV footage with immediate effect. As soon as the suspicious role of the prosecutor Ankitbhai Kanodia came to light, the police started questioning him. At the end of the questioning, Ankitbhai broke down and said that his uncle’s son Ashish Gupta and his brother-in-law’s nephew Abhay Dhibara had decided to start a textile business in Surat in partnership with water jet machinery. For that, he met a man named Arvindbhai Patel near Kadodara Char Rasta and bought a place near Garden Mill at Kadodara. 55 lakhs was to be given to Arvindbhai Patel as payment. Out of which Rs 10 lakh was sent by Abhay and Rs 20 lakh by Ashish. However, his share of 25 lakhs was not accommodated. So he made a plan to rob cash through his known friend Muhammad Yusuf and his friend Imran Pathan.

Hence this place was chosen as there is no CCTV camera on Madhuram Circle Chalthan Road of Dindoli Canal Road. However, as soon as this whole matter came to light, the police seized Rs 30 lakh cash and the Activa moped used in the robbery and arrested three persons named Ankit Kanodia, Mohammad Umar Sheikh and Imran Ibrahim Pathan and initiated legal proceedings.
