 Transally created efficient jacquard leno healds that are able to handle a wide range of thread materials and developed a solution for thread compensation during weaving process. Lift healds and doup heald were assembled with a spring refraction element in the lower area. Transally Jacquard leno heald has been tested by jacquard weaving machines and it has been realized very well, and worked proper and reliable with a realization of weft insertion frequencies up to 350 per minute.
